We at VADY Uehommachi Branch are here to show you a glimpse of Mr. F's training.

Mr. F's goals are to improve his health and lose weight! 🏃‍♀️✨His daily efforts have paid off, with noticeable gains in muscle strength and changes to his physique. He is pursuing a healthy lifestyle, while also being conscious of calories in his daily meals.

He is also continuing his training in preparation for next year's trekking trip to Yakushima!
