This time, I would like to introduce how I have been spending my recent holidays. Recently, I visited Aichi and enjoyed the beautiful autumn foliage that had reached its peak. The vibrant scenery healed my heart, freed me from the busyness of daily life, and allowed me to refresh both my mind and body.

Through this visit, I felt once again the beauty of nature and had a moment to appreciate the changing seasons. I felt that it is important to occasionally come into contact with such workings of nature in order to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and give myself some peace of mind.
