The other day, on my day off, I went to Nara to see the cherry blossoms. The weather was sunny, and the sight of the nearly full-bloom cherry blossoms swaying in the wind was truly beautiful. Wrapped in the warm spring weather, I was able to spend a peaceful time.

Well, April has finally begun. It's a great season for a fresh start, and the perfect timing to begin exercising. By getting active during this period, you can refresh both mind and body.
